Help needed please!

Hi there, I recently purchased a 2003 Freelander Serengheti TD4. On the second day of ownership and still under warranty the ABS pump failed. The garage I purchased the car from have been unable to find a replacement part for this limited edition model. The won't buy new because of the £1100 cost. Can anybody advise me of where I can get a salvaged or reconditioned one? Apparently the garage has searched the UK!

If its under warranty why are you doing the running.
Ask for your money back

The cost of the replacement part is not your problem, they need to replace it under warranty, simple as that. Stop being a pushover and tell them to either replace the part or take the car back for a full refund, simple.
