Does anyone know a Landy mechanic near Harrogate that may be around tomorrow, Tuesday the 27th? I have a 1995 110 csw with 300tdi and manual pump. I am leaving for Scotland on wed.
I am getting a lot of black smoke when I shift into 2nd or 3rd, let off the gas and re engage the pedal at a lower rpm. I forget which of the three adjustments on the pump I move and in which direction. And I don't want to mess her up.
Any help would be appreciated

Ps. I also have an upgraded intercooler on it...I could bring it to the LR dealer in ripon but would they not touch it because of the mod?
