can anyone tell me how to see if theres any pressure at the schraeder valve? can i just push a tool into it to release pressure? should there be any pressure ther?

Take acoustic cover off the top of the engine....

Turn ignition on and crank engine for a few seconds .....

Quickly pop round the front and using a rag to catch any fuel, press the schreider in in a similar manner to letting a tyre down, there should be fuel spurting out....obviously no smoking!

As for fuse and relay....in the rear fuse box it is fuse 15 (25A) .... this is the second one in from the right....and relay as below...

Listen for pump noise from either under the car or under the rear seats (Drivers side UK-spec), the pump should hum....

Failing that, lift the carpets and remove the access cover and feel and listen for pump activation
