Help help help

Anyone living in kent that is good with ABS problems that can connect a PC to my P38 and find out what the hell is up with it. I do know it is some thig stupid but my meck has given up on it today.

Dont wish to soud to stupid but what is a PM and how do i do that not been on hear long.

Whats the problem ? Give us some clues and we might be able to help.

I have a lot of posts on hear about this but i will explain. A while ago i was getting a funny noise around my wheel on full lock and then the ABS and traction lights would come on. I was told on hear that my wheel bearing was going so check it. Did this and they was right so changed wheel bearing. ABS and traction lights still coming on so i was told on hear to adjust sensor but every time i get the light of the ABS goes all mad and its like i have no brakes.So i was told on hear to replace sensor as it must have been damaged by wheel bearing. So change sensor and still the same ABS lights on breaks all ok, adjust sensor to put lights of no breaks. But car has faild MOT due to lights what do i do, my mec has given up as he dont know what to do now and said i should take it to main stealer. We do know its around that wheel or we would not be able to put the lights out like we can. Any clues would be great.

Now putting Range in with main stealer as i have had no luck on hear.

Gav i aint complaining just saying i have run out of time so have to take it to main dealer. Have had loads of help on hear in past so think site is great and usefull. Have noticed one thing in all the time i have come on hear and read many posts. That is if anyone gets the hump and bites peoples heads of,nine times out of ten it is you. If going on hear and trying to help people that dont have a clue about what to do aint what you want to do mate maybe you should give it up and move on as there are many members that will help.

Took car to main dealer today. I stayed there for almost 8 hours why they just tried this and just tried that and run a lot of dignostic checks. They then decided that they think my problem is due to the ABS ring on the CV joint. I have taken the car away for my mec to change this then they give me the bill for the work. To say i was shocked is a under statement.

Dude its "HERE" not "hear"

I know I cant spell either but your killing me with that :doh:

I am afraid that the main dealers these days are fitters and not technitions. 5 minutes up the road with a scope reading the sensor will tell you if its output is ok.
