Just had a look and there are no torx headed bolts at all! i got a bolt under the front of the seat and the one underneath the seats which looks like it will take the whole hinge off! is this correct?

thanks freebiker! the two bolts will indeed take the hinge off the body of the car!
perhaps yours is different cos ours is a 54 plate?
