HELP! ACE light on dashboard pipes weeping oil

I have a 2001 disco 2 gs and the ace light has came on the dashboard in orange. i have looked under the vehicle and i have found the pipes around the ACE electromagnetic vales are weeping fluid but not dripping. i am a psv mechanic but i have never came across this system before i was just wondering if anyone had any tips for me on how you renew the pipes ect before i start messing with it. thank you
