Help 19J - 200TDI Conversion

Im just about ready to drop a 200tdi into my 90 with a 19j engine. Could anyone give me some instructions with the diesel pump pipes. do i need to change the filter housing and what pipe goes where?

Best way is to use the disco housing and pipes will be self evident..

sorry to sound so dull mate but when you say the pipes will be self evident do you mean by the lenght or size? The reason i ask is i have bought a new filter housing on ebay but it doesn't come with pipes.

Theres 2 pipes..one to lift pump, 1 to injection pump.

You'll need the 200tdi pipes, 19J aren't the correct size banjo bolts or pipe ends, i tried it last night

fcuk me what is it 200 tdi conversion week

and cant be botherd to search

I think i've got it but correct me if im wrong.

Pipe from tank to filter
pipe from filter to lifter
pipe from lifter to pump
pipes from pump to injectors
then spill return back to pump

The reason its confused me is that on the 19j it has a spill return to the pump on number 1 injector and to the filter on number 4

Tank to Lift Pump
Lift Pump to Filter
Filter to Pump
Filter to Tank
