I have recently bought an ex mod 110 from Witham, thank you to to v8geoff for the help with the bonnet lock (sorry if I have posted in wrong section)
She is N/A 2.5 diesel with re-con engine, running all OK until I went to start hr two weeks ago problem as follows
1) Turn starter just clicks from relay
2) Battery light and one next to it come on (both go dim when you trun key to final position
So in a word HELPPPP to date I have tired the following
1) Check IGN relay (the big green one next to the fuse box nearest driver) works OK on maplin relay checker cycles 10 times and says OK)
2) Tried starting with battery and jump pack still just clicked,also put jump lead from neg battery terminal straight on engine block
3) Checked I have voltage between red connection from battery to large post on the start solenoid yes 12 .04 volts had probe from multi meter on solenoid post and neg probe on body
4) Shorted the two big posts on the solenoid and starter motor spins
5) Shorted larger red post on solenoid to small spade terminal and the pre engage spins
So please can anyone help, also I am worried that if I cannot get her started things will start to size so is their any way to start other than bump start as if I roll her down the hill over i have no way of getting her back up. One other question I cannot see for the life on me anything on the dash or speedo to show glow plugs I have been told you just hold against the spring in final start position and should come on tired that and nothing happens
Sorry for the long post but I have been trying to work this out and am know really struggling as i would like to get her motD and on apply for number asap

Ps One last thing ( I promise) has any one got a scanned copy of the V55/5 form application for tax disc and first number plate with any personal details blanked out I tried working through it with the guide an it does seem to contradict it self
