....new to this forum, no LR at the moment but had a couple of series in the past ,IIA was the best one, also had a RR Vogue SE 3.9 V8, what a beast. had it converted to LPG in Hull more than a dozen years ago... cost £650, shows long ago it was!. Reason I am back in the fold?, are you sitting comfortably?, Well my wife has an MX5 and has trouble making it progress along the highway in a straight line, three times in the dyke this winter already...nuff is enuff as they say and it is time for another 4wd. what to get you might ask?, Rav4? X3? X-trail?, Well SHMBO states categorically " If d`unt cum from Sollihull it a`nt a proper 4wd", yes - she said it exactly like that. So it is back to Land Rover, looking at a 2004 Td4 HSE, 86K, for £6000 tomorrow, any thoughts guys??....
