Hello !

Hello I am fairly new to the forum having not used it much, I have a Land Rover 90 E reg which I did up and use with a 200tdi discovery engine. recent projects are a series 2a land rover . 1964 origional vehicle county with standard engine atc- only 5 previous owners. I also have just bought a Long wheel base series 1 land rover. I would like to ask how to go about unceasing the gearbox in my series 1 , and first moves to get it running. it is a 1955 ex tow truck in origional condition requiring work to put back on the road, last taxed in 1990. out of my 2 series vehicles, i will start on the series 1 first.

I belive the term for unceasing something is called kinetic persuasion (hit it with a hammer)

But that's usually a last resort lol , ask the series sub forum !
