Just got my first Land Rover last week, a 10 year old Freelander from Dunstable Car Centre, I absolutely love it :)

Here are some photos - Picasa Web Albums - Graham Phillips - Land Rover

- and hello to all forum participants.

Incidentally, my virgin voyage resulted in the left wing mirror cover being whacked off by some long roadside branches, any insider tips for replacement?

Best wishes, Graham

Hey G :)

Ebay or breakers for a replacement.

I whacked mine off 2nd day but luckily it all went back together! Was hanging by one wire but nothing had actually snapped.

Hope you got a diesel! A thorough study of the freelander section will be very worth your time, has saved me hours and hundreds already.

PS, be careful, that dodgy bald geezer seems to be following you around!

:D

They must like you! Been very gentle so far... makes me slightly nervous! As does your petrol version! Hope you are prepared for the adventure! Mind your head...gasket! :D

'We aren't dealing with ordinary machines here. These are highly complicated pieces of equipment.' :p
