heater fan noisey

my heater fan seams to be rather noisey all of a sudden it works but has suddley developed a noise like its rubbing or flicking something has any one had this or know what it could be was going to take the motor off to have a look any one know how big a job it is?

Take the fan out of the heater, (comes out into drivers footwell) and check for debris.

Had the flicking noise on mine. Water in it. As above, remove the filter to get to the fan. Also the 4inch pipe connecting to it, and check nothings in it.
