have you tried unplugging the pipes to the jets to verify the water flow? It sounds like your jets are blocked! If there is water flowing, try blowing out the system with an airline.

sounds like crap jammed in the jets. Do you have an air line you can unplug the jets and try blowing air through them to dislodge any particles! Maybe try checking the reservoir for crap and a good rinse out??

Just wanted to share the same issue with the rear washer jet on my L322 that I bought last October having been stood at a dealer for a few months. It also has a non-return valve on the tube just before the jet. After making sure there was a clear flow from the pump I blew back and forward through the jet and valve. Everything was good for a few days then stopped again. So repeated the whole process, then again two weeks later. Each time more black sludge, finally, everything now works as it should. Just keep at it.

Tricky.

another strange one for me any way water goes to the jets but none comes out of the jetsboth as well i checked fuse 47 nothing wrong so whats the game there? then i found the steering column not working as well so checked number 20 fuse its ok to! is there another relay for these cause i find it strange both jets dont let water out. I have stuck some fine wire down them both but nothing any ideas other than change both jets thanks phil

Couple of options.

I'm in a hard-water area. I get a bead of the cheap Tesco's toilet limescale remover on my finger and then offer it up to the jet nozzles and let capillary action do its thing. Leave for 30 minutes or so then do again and then hose the whole lot off with copious amounts of water and retry.

Other thing I've seen is that some detergents seem to polymerise in the tank if left a long while. You can actually pull long threads of it out through the nozzles with a pin sometimes.

Check the filters at the bottom of the tank, some screen wash types can thicken and clog the outlets ... also the narrowing jets themselves ...

On the vauxhall omegas I used to run, they had heated washer jets and the water used to get into the heater coils causing corrosion that swelled them to the point of being completely blocked.
Only fixable with new ones unfortunately.

Is this a p38? Didn't realise they had heated jets. If so, I'm getting some new ones cos mine were properly frozen over winter.
