Heated rear window tab

In stripping old rear door to move stuff to new door I put the element tab that fell off the heated window somewhere safe.
Now I can’t find it.
Nor can I find a replacement online.

anyone know where I might source one. It’s the metal tongue and pkate that gets glued to the element and the positive lead plugs into. Thanks.

On the earth wire ? It is just a usual vehicle connection, the type that comes in a set with a crimper/cutter/stripper pilers.
