Headlight Bulb Cover Caps

Evening folks , just replaced the H7 bulbs to my neighbours 2004 Hippo , getting the covers off was the easy part , getting them back on was a nightmare.
Managed to get the cover on but whilst twisting into place one side sat flush the other stuck out, after many attempts I gave up as was getting dark , anyone had the same issue ?

I think the rubber o-ring around the grey cover is too thick & takes a good few attempts to get it to fit.

You need to keep pushing while turning it.
Reverse way of the openning arrow.

Also if you change a bulb, you need to check that light patern is as the same place, I change two light this week because they don’t give enought light. And one light was lower than before.
