Hi There , I had no spray onto the back window , but wiper working , found the jets blocked again, I drilled the top jet out on the wiper plastic cap with a 2 mm drill, also found water dripping from the plastic 90degrees water connection to the motor, took motor off , parted the motor covers, clean up and used a fiberglass resin mixed with harder brushed around the outside the plastic joint to the metal cover body to seal it , also fitted two O rubber rings inside the plastic joint inside the metal cover plate, one being larger 16mm 2.4 thick going in first inside the metal opening for the wiper spindle , then squeezed a 14*2.4 O ring in almost flush with the inside metal plate, this one just goes over the spindle shaft, (a complete box of O rings from Amazon for a fiver) I drilled out the outlet from the spindle shaft at 2.5mm, to keep the water pressure down to stop any water forcing itself back inside the motor, then plenty of water proof grease around the area , and other moving parts , now no leaking out . Most Refurb dealers in the uk will not Refurb leaking wiper motors , only dead ones, hope this helps someone . Andy
