Has anyone on here used 'ALL 4 WHEELS' shop

Wondered if people have what was there experience?
I ordered a set of defender wing tops as '3mm heavy duty' turned up and there flimsy 2mm and of poor quality!
Said I can send them back at my own cost!!!! So I moaned and then said ok maybe we will pay half the postage?
Surley they should refund me fully as the part they supplied isn't what I ordered?

If there's a error in the their discription then yes, plus it's good business practice for them to arrange a courier to collect and return and then credit the method of payment u used straight away.
