I have a TomTom Go GPS sat-nav system in my 2001 Td4 Freelander. At present i have the power cable plugged in to the cigarette lighter socket on the center consule. I would like to hard wire this power cable into somewhere behind the consule or in the fusebox (behind/below the steering wheel). Does anyone know of any suitable power take off point that i could tap into in either of these locations?

Hi Tigapiglet
Took your advice and wired into the sunroof fuse holder. Worked a treat. Many thanks.
