Just got Gerty back from her MOT since the full rebuild....
Now bearing in mind that I have no mechanical experiance at all prior to this; and admittedly I had a great deal of help from friends, but still after a full chassis and bulkhead replacement, new brake system throughout, change of body from Station Wagon to soft top, loads of tinkering and messing around and having ran out of time...
I just dropped her off and said do what you need. You can imagine my joy when the only failures were windscreen washer and 1No wiper not working and the bulb to the number plate having blown - all of which were sorted, and then a final bill of £60 for the MOT and everything.......
HAPPY DAYS!!!!
