Hampshire , need someone to fix electric Windows please

Hi all , hope I'm in the right area as I'm never sure if Hampshire comes under south east or south west !

We have a 2004 TD4 freelander , first the back window stopped working , and now within the last 3 months to others have also quit working .. We have had a few prices for mending them but £150 a £250 per window plus vat seems so steep !? Not a price we can warrant spending on a 12'year old car even though we love her to bits ..
Can anyone help and recommend someone who would fit new regulators without ripping us off ? Hubby isn't very mechanically minded and is worried about trying to mend them himself ..
Any info and help will be gratefully received ..
