growl when changeing gear

hi all just got another disco but have a problem .when driving and press clutch to change gear i get a growl and a rough feeling through the clutch pedal as if the fork is catching the fins on the pressure plate but its not there if i sit with it running and dip the clutch or when im changing down the gears only when changing up the gears .seems to be when revs is higher dont think it can be thrust as i would get some noise when i dip clutch but there is no noise at all has anyone had this before and know what the problem is thanks

well it might be not sure

Mine does this always has 15,000 miles doesnt bother me to much just drive it till it breaks as my missus always says or you have to keep your spanners in the car
