I have recently bought a 2007 defender 90, I am wanting to do a bit of greenlaning, but what must I do to my defender frost before taking it? It's standard at the moment with some ZU alloys and some bfg mud terrains on.

Thats all you should need buddy... :welcome:
That and join a local club there knowledge will be invaluble...... i would hate to get my nearly new landy impounded for improper use.. :D:D:D:eek:

Depending on the severity of the green lane you shouldn't need to do much at all. The only basic things that you absolutely need are front and rear recovery points and a friend or two to go with.

You've got the tyres sorted, sure you can fit steering guards, underbody suspension, winches and bumpers and lifted suspension but if you need all that gear to drive a greenlane it probably means it's far too destroyed to drive and you'll only damage it more. In which case you might wanna turn your attention to pay n play days or trialling at your local Land Rover club.
