Sure they will tag you in if you want.

I usually get the local OS sheets, look around for Byways or UCRs, then crossref with County Council map or SCC Rights of Way Officer!
Then recce on foot, talk to any locals you meet, you really cant go far wrong. A lot of Byways are signed!

And you can join GLASS, you will get a better search radius on trailwise. But above is the way I have always done it, since before the innernet was invented.

do u think it may be ok later on if i may also be allowed to come along please

the more the merrier I think... But I'm an over excited noob... Dale has offered to put together a WhatsApp group if we message him our numbers which sounds like a much better idea if there's a crowd as the things are going "the more the merrier" might turn into a huge convoy

As the MHM as already stated , you might want to control numbers. Or if you are doing a circular route send different groups in opposite directions.

If you think about it, trying to manage a large convoy on small lanes , slowing down on what can be main roads to turn into a small overgrown lane , or pull out of the lane onto a road and keep everybody together , not having to stop and then wait for others to catch you up can be a right PITA.

Cheers
