Yep.....Where you were camped up is where I've many times seen mist coming through the hedge and down across the field at dusk....which has always struck me as odd because mist usually follows water courses and natural undulations....nether of which happen to be there.

Not that the pic looks like mist....

might be an under ground watercourse??

:clap2::clap2: BIG THANKS to Boomer and crew for a great day out :clap2::clap2:
Got home safely, absolutely knackered, after getting stopped by the police on the M3
Thank you to Andy and Sue for leading us round, G had such a good time he can't wait to go out again

zan, when you gonna post yer pics of the run??;)

your very welcome, hope you dont need too large a bottle of tcut or are you keeping the scars as mementos ,will try to sort a salisbury trip for a few non damaging views of the plains ;)

i might keep the scars for a while (probably be a while before i get round to doing anything about them anyway!) to be fair, the route wasn't that scratchy, it was the last run along the beach track that did the damage! nothing that can't be sorted with a bit of G3 and elbow grease though and it was worth it for a great day out!

Cheers for all who organised the trip and all the hard work put into MUCH appreciated. :)

Mahoosive thanks for Beasty and all the amazing hard graft he put into the field preparation and food and, and , and :):)

Many thanks Accy for getting me there and to BIG SI :p (or as he will ever be in my head Biggsie :) )for getting me home.

Might impressive quick name changing there Accy btw- cheers me dear :D

Cracking weekend - despite last hour of drive back with no wipers on the motorway in the pouring rain again :(- heading to the bath and to look on the internet for a treatment for trench foot for my poor soggy right foot :D

:clap2: congrats to all who did their bit to make it really special :)

Massive, massive thanks to all involved in this fantastic day. Particularly to 110Woman for allowing me to travel with her as ballast, and for providing such fabulous cake, and I even forgive her Landy for it's brutal and unprovoked assault on my head :p:):)

Just settling down on the sofa now and uploading my pics and vids... will put a link up in the pics thread...

Massive thanks to Boomer and the team for all the hard work organising what turned out to be a fantastic day, and to Beasty for kind use of his field and all his hard work making it a great couple of nights away with the family... Mrs Clarky and the Clarkylets enjoyed it thoroughly! Had Fanatic & Fanaticlet as ballast throughout... has anybody else gone laning 7-up in a Disco??

Bizzare that getting around Beasty's field was the trickiest part of the whole event.... BIG thanks to Ratty, Beasty, 110W and Accy for, between them, pulling me out... and AGAIN when I got myself and my pikey wagon stuck!!!

And Beasty... you are henceforth officially known as 'Swampy' :D

Not no wipers again 110w?
And the boot still soggy???
New boots on the Xmas list :D
