It seems to me that the only way forward is to release the thermostat housing from the cylinder head. This will allow the pipe to drop out the way and you can get the plug out. The downside is you will have to drain the coolant first.

hi yea ok i will tke a pic mine must be different but i dont see how its a 99 l series

looks the same, undo it , and wriggle it about towards the passenger side, and it will come out!
 
my only advice would be, either take the pipe off then, or take it to a garage, i cant see where else this thread can go, i assure you it WILL come out, but you insist it wont! i dont see what other advice can be given to you????????

well thanks for your help lets see if anyone else as any ideas
 
have you got a new glow plug, if so check if the length from the end to the sholder of the plug, if the new one is shorter then just cut the threads off the old one and remove it.
 
take pipe off and you wil get enough space to put long 10 mm socket on it.

4th glow plug is more intresting, im trying to find info about taking off electrical part from hipresuure fuel pump.

I think he may have sold the car by now, it was a loooooooonggggg time ago, 2016 to be honest.
