Gearbox issue

Hi all,
I drove my Land Rover on the road for the first time on Wednesday and it has some problems with the gear changes. When you change gear it jerks and it isn’t smooth. I have changed the oil today but have checked it. I believe it was last on the road in 2004

see how it is ,if its still the same, is it a stiff ie corroded top selector housing or gears themselves if latter baulk rings need replacing

thanks, I will test it when I drive it to the MOT centre
