What has to be removed?

When we did my clutch, the bell housing, gearbox, transfer case all came out with the fuel tank.

Will all this have to be removed again?

Thanks

Just done this myself.

Props off
Seats, tranny tunnel and floor out (I left the seatbox in)
Gearbox X-member
Exhaust centre section
Clutch slave cylinder
Oils out
Gearbox mounts
Tranny box off (or you can drop it in one unit if you want)
Gearsticks
Handbrake linkage
Diff lock light wiring/reverse light wiring

Think that's it...

Check you don't have any other wires attached. On mine there was an earthing point on the driver's side of the transfer box which I neglected to undo so momentarily the entire weight of the box was suspended from a handful of tiny wires. Yours is an earlier model so it might not have this.

i still find that happens at times:(

when you come to refit stand t/box on hand brake drum and prop pto cover ,you can lower box down into the splines carefully then without disturbing seal an extra set of hands helps ,
