gear box oil

Hi should the lt77 have atf in and not ep like mine i know the r380`s do and thought these did, just wanting to double check thanks.

mtf can sometimes improve gear change where there is a problem but i havent seen boxes with mtf improve longevity in bearing or gear wear eithers fine but change regulary as the contaminents destroy moving parts before oil has lost lubricative propities, i have seen boxes with 200k run on atf with worn baulk ings but in general god shape ,and other boxes where there total write off through every part worn on 40k ,changing oil more often at least once a year is most important, thicker oil will destroy baulk rings and oil pump
