g/box leaking from unknown bolt?

On my lightweight hybrid, running gear is '86 Range Rover I'm told. It has the 4 speed auto box. It's developed a small leak from one of 2 Allen bolts, between the gearbox bell housing and the sump section (hoping the pics have attached ok)

Before I undid these, just wanted to know if anyone knows what they are first.... Is something spring loaded behind it?

looks like an oil cooler pipe leak, but if it is one of the bungs try nipping it up or undo and replace the washer,,they are just blanks
