Fuel tank vent valve? 4.4 v8..

Anyone know what fuel tank vent valve means? Searched everywhere but can't find any part related to it.

Mine is UK Spec so I don't have to have one fitted even if machine shows the fault code?

Hawkeye machine. Want to get something better and advanced but don't know which one to go for.

hmmmm...could just be a spurious code, do you have the EML/CEL lamp illuminated?

As far as I know it can be ignored as the Leak valve on the tank was only fitted to the US/Canada/Mexico market (NAS spec) vehicles.

No CEL/EML Lights.

Just wanted to make sure as the fault comes back after clearing and driving for a couple of hundred miles.

Think you can ignore it.....do more research though as I could be wrong, also check RAVE
