Hi,
I have a 1996 p38 Range Rover. It runs fine until it get upto temp that cuts out. The fuel pump stops running. I replaced the relays in the engine bay. It didnt work.

What do you guys reckon should I look at? When one manually jumps the relay it works perfectly with fuel being pumped to the engine.

Thanks... Peter

Petrol or Diesel???

Take a look at the under bonnet fuse box as these have a tendancy to get warm and fail....have a sniff, if it smells of burning it could need replacing....this can sometimes also be evident by looking underneath and under some relays, with discolouration and burnt out pin holes etc....

Do a search on here, there are many posts on the subject....
