hey guy i have fuel leak and tracked it back to the FPR however i have big hands and cant get in there to remove it.

any advice

It's better to whip off the inlet manifold, seems a pain in the arse and a lot of work but not too difficult, then the FPR can be easily accessed. I've also done the job with the manifold on, I ended up lying along the drivers wing which made access much easier. The good thing about taking the manifold off is that you can do a proper check of all the local fuel pipes and hoses, also it's important not to damage the small gauze filter and o-ring and to be certain that the metal gasket is located properly before refitting. You can recondition the FPR yourself or buy a new replacement.

i bought a valve off e bay but only the part that fits behind the circlip it cost thirty pound
i tried the rubbers and gaskets that didnt work but the valve is still working
the job is difficult but i managed it ok
