Got out yesterday after a small journey and spotted diesel dripping under the rear driver side. Having a good look, looks like the fuel line has worn through on the chassis, doh! Kicking myself, I spotted one further back rubbing over a year ago and moved it before it got worse!

Anyone recommend a good quick fix to get me moving again safely?

Am I looking at a complete replacement of all the fuel lines?

Many Thanks

Yep. Or you could try finding some suitable unions and pieceing out the damaged part. The fuel supply lines on the TD5 run at over 60psi so insulating tape wont do ;)
I do know of someone who used copper brake pipe where the pipes run along the chassis but making the connection between plastic and copper is not easy. Also I dont know how that would stand with the MOT as I'm sure I've read somewhere that vehicles under a certain age with high pressure fuel systems must have plastic or self sealing fuel lines ???
Maybe one of the MOT experts on here can advise ?

I know it's not a landy, but when out wood chipper fuel line sprung a leak i had a spare fuel filter, so i cut the line and popped it on, still going strong. i know its not under the same preassure, but for a quick fix, it may work?!?

Cut the damaged section out and just use a decent push fit connector. They are widely used,(Often as OE in trucks)on oil,air and fuel lines. The body of the connector is also less likely to rub through on anything - although you should make sure they are routed away from any sharp edges etc.
