Fuel hose fittings

Morning all,

Can anyone help? I removed one of the fuel lines on my fuel cooler at the weekend, in doing so some of the gubbins inside one of the hoses have been damaged. In particular a metal clip (so it looks). Are these repairable, if so what should i search for? Or am i looking at replacing the hose entirely?
