Front propshaft UJ sizes (300Tdi)

I have come into work and had another look at my disco and spoted the rear UJ on the fron prop is pretty messed up, im going to need to order a new one but havent got time to get it off an measure before the last order time (i want to replace it tonight).

Anyone know the size? I know its 75mm total length, I need the cap diameter and the distance between the caps, anyone know this?

dont know exactly but part number is rtc3458

thing they are a 166 from a bearing stockist, i shall check , i have one on the shelf somewhere., most bearing stockists have a book listing vehicle props, wheel bearings etc.
