hi folks, i have a s2 td5 disco and have had the front prop fail, nothing new there then , but i think i have found out why. on inspecting the prop i found that the air con drips directly onto the middle uj so when it cools down after a trip it will be able to suck water stright into the joint. so if your prop is in good order i would sugest diverting the outlet from the air con away from the shaft.
