Front drum issue

Next self-inflicted issue. Right front brake was grabbing like crazy. Pulled the drum thinking maybe the shoes weren’t in parallel with the drum so I could adjust that setting. I confirmed the snail gears were set to their lowest points. Drum won’t go back on. Obviously something I did. Help appreciated.

Disregard I figured it out. The shoes were not parallel at all.

The twin leading brakes on fronts can be tricky, but when they do work properly they work well
