Quick post as I've seen a few questions on the above. I have just replaced the front diff bush without major work. If you remove the RHS 2x bolts holding the RHS bush to the diff case, remove the three bolts holding the front diff bush, then force the diff over hard to the LHS and down, the diff bush comes out alloy legs first and a twist gets it through the narrow gap between the housing and diff itself. Getting new one in is harder as, hopefully, it is firmer and the middle won't twist. Insert exactly in reverse of the old one coming out, i.e bush first, alloy legs last, force diff down and across to the LHS again and a sharp tap with a piece of wood gets the centre bush past the casing. Easier than diff removal !!!! 1/2 hour in total. Note - LHS and RHS are referenced from forward facing - i.e. in drivers seat.
