Hello,
My Freelander a TD4 2003, just suddely stopped when running on the motorway. It just died, with MIL coming on.
I have ruled out. LP pump, filter etc, fuel is coming into engine bay and returns to tank. Tried to to leak test on injectors but this results in no fuel at all , I beleve there is no pressure at all in the rail. The engine does not seem to fire at all but it cranks. Before we have had starting problems, but once started ran fine. No there is no sign of it starting, no coughing, as if the injectors does not open.
What is my next move? Fuel Rail pressure sensor, LP pressure sensor, Pressure regulator, HP pump or are there anything else I shuld look over before handing it in?
