Freelander TD4 Foam in header tank

Hi all,
Looking for advice - my TD4 auto 2006 has foam in the header tank - the car is not overheating or appearing to lose any coolant. Oil appears fine too on both dipstick and filler cap.

Anyone have any ideas what it could be as aware the TD4 are rare for head gasket failure.

Could be a failling seals on oil cooler ...

No expert but these things tend to be the (gearbox?) oil cooler or possibly IRD cooler.
