Freelander 2 TD4 P0651 error

Hi all, my Freelander 2 went into limp mode this morning. We plugged our Scan Tool in and reset a P0651 code. All seems fine at the moment. Does anyone know what I should check. The code description is 'Sensor B Ref Voltage Circuit Open' which doesn't give me any clues!

Could be a historic code. PO651 is showing as a low voltage on the ECU PCM 5 Volt rail. Check the battery connections are tight and see if it reappears.

Hi , just checked all the connectors on the battery, all tight. Is there anything else that could give the P0651 code? I've had a good look around the engine bay but no sign of any loose or damaged cables.
