Hi, new guy here with electrics problem in a 2009 Freelander 2. Would appreciate any info before I take it back to dealer. Several times last week the tailgate lock repeatedly activated whilst tailgate was raised. Yesterday I locked and secured the vehicle, played some holes of golf, and when I returned I found all four windows were now down. Are these known faults in this model ?

i imagine your key fob has issues, dealer should want to give it a software upgrade, shoul;d be under warranty?

Many thanks for reply. I have since had a response from dealer saying that the rear lock system will need probably need attention and that windows opening was most likely down to me by inadvertently holding down the vehicle unlock button on the fob too long! (key possibly pressed by other item whilst in pocket). Didn't know I could open or close windows this way. Should have read manual more thoroughly.
