Freelander 2 automatic box solnoids

Can anyone help with how to remove and where to buy automatic gearbox solnoids I've got the pan off and can see the plate with the solonoids on
Does this come off in one piece and is the back of it the filter
My code reader says pressure control solnoid stuck open
I have changed the oil and still have no drive at all
It statrted slipping when cold but fine after it had warmed up then just stopped working

There's several pressure control solenoid's.

There were two versions of the auto gearbox fitted to the FL2. Early and late model auto gearboxes which were slightly different inside. Without knowing the year of your FL2, you will have to look at the top rear of your auto to see the Aisin part number, to identify what you have, to be sure of ordering the correct parts. The auto gearbox oil spec for early/late auto's is different anorl.
