Freelander 1 wont start after top overhaul

That freelander 1 engine was mixing oil and water and was switched off normally before started removing cylinder head, but it took about six months before assembling. After assembling cranking is perfect but no spark from spark plugs and no power to fuel pump, I was suspecting immobilizer system but it operates normally, so what can be the possible causes of the problem?

Ignition switch?
Bad contact to starter?
Blown fuse?

What engine?

Ignition switch is okay and it cranks normally.
I checked the fuses at the Drivers side footwell but I only found rear window fuse blown and all fuses are ok including those in the engine compartment.
It is 1.8K engine fitted in.

did you take the head off, could be 180deg out

Are the cams correctly located on the dowels? Very easy to get them in the wrong holes and be out of time. The inlet dowel should be in the slot labeled inlet and exhaust dowel in exhaust.
Then the writing on the cams from inlet manifold should go inlet exhaust inlet exhaust.
