Yep, I’ve got them and I wish I had fitted them from new. They make a huge difference and last indefinitely. I must have changed the rubber ones at least half a dozen times. Well worth the money. You only really need the one at the front of the diff.

Happy hippo

how difficult is it to press out the old bushes without a press, i was thinking of making a square frame with thick wood and brackets and a bottle jack ?

Easy job. Cut out the rubber with a hole cutter, angle grind cuts, join the cuts with hacksaw, just drops out. Used a bit of sandpaper on poly bush edges and a tiny drop of silicone grease, just pushed the halves together using black and decker workmate.
Cut the rubber out then polish the inside with a dremel and soft grit wheel

PS. Mark your bracket small and large to represent the way the poly bush goes in. Rule of thumb, the larger part of all three bushes point towards the rear diff.

Last big job was done today, fuel tank support bracket fitted by local garage. Bit beyond my scope dropping the sub frame. Pick up vcu bearings tomorrow then get that back on before getting it serviced.

I found all three on mine were knackered so you might as well buy the three bush kit and do them all at the same time.
I just did the front one with a poly bush, as recommended by one of the knowledgable guys on here, the back two I replaced with the rubber ones. I reckon the ones I replaced were the originals
