Hi looking for a bit of advice, I have an old free lander mk1 sport 06 plate td4 engine. I lost the key and the Autolocksmith can’t find the anti theft immobiliser. Any ideas? TIA

The module responsible for immobilisation is almost impossible to take out without removing the dash!! It is behind the radio and heater controls but to unscrew it requires more space than you have.
Why does he need to access it?? I would go to LR with ownership document and get the code for the chip or buy a chip from LR. Cheaper than the labour in swapping the module.
No spare key??? Obvs not.
