Free lander cd player

HI FOLKS,
I was recently given a cd/Ipod player (about the same dimensions as a standard car cd player) however i was wondering how to remove the original land rover cd and radio unit(see pic)
ALL HELP IN AS MUCH IDIOT PROOF WAY WOULD BE GRATEFULLY ACCEPTED

The easiest way is to start at one of the head lights (either, doesn't matter which) and slowly and methodically disassemble everything between you and the cd player. To re-fit follow the same process but in reverse.......ie. start at one of the rear lights.

Park it overnite with the door and window open some one will take the radio out for you. If they are inteligent then they will leave the car, no one who is right in the head would ever nick a gaylander.
