does this look to you like a bodged repair on it? it does to me. if it is a bodged repair, how much is a new rocker cover?

cheers, mick.

looks like the injector is chuffing back past the seal..... it happens a lot on the vans at work leaves a wet looking substance that when hit crumbles into crystals

would it go hard and look like that? it looks like epoxy resin, or loctite 520.

if it is the injector seal, is it hard to get them out? LR dealer said they can crack the head when pulled out??

not worked on a td4 but that doesn't surprise me that they can fook everything up its a bmw engine after all!

i have had 2 injectors seals go on the vans recently and it looks like its bey but is hard as fook til you tap it with a screwdriver then it chips and breaks up to crystals
