Put it on ebay and you'll get what it's worth, as nice as it is. Put my D2 on ebay in August, didn't really know what to ask so started it at £99 with no reserve and I ended up getting more than I thought. Good luck :)

Maybe, but don't want to give away anything in commission unless i have to

From what we can see it definitely is a nice looking D2 but £7000 ONO - not really.

I was following a 2004 D2 TD5 ES couple of days ago and it sold for £3000.

Was slightly higher mileage than this on, but not stratospherique - about 120,000mls from memory.

Personally I think a 12yr old D2 of any mileage is not worth more than perhaps £4-4500.

Anyone paying £7,000 for a 12yr old car is just guaranteeing big depreciation.

Good luck with your sale mate I know you have to get what you can and sometimes you are lucky. But I do think you are being very optimistic and when people but their parameters in a search engine such as on ebay or autotrader yours might well be missed. Good luck anyway.

Guys, I have based the price on what I searched online for this model and also based on an article in LandRover International a while back. I do expect a drop from what I am asking, but need to start somewhere.

good luck with your sale, i am going to be selling mine in the next week or so, cos i am getting a sport, always liked em and that's my choice, but i won't advertise it on here as too many glasses guide advisers who want a lot for fook all, which in fairness so do i!
will watch this!!!

If you want maximum coverage then you're going to have to pay fees, I've bought and sold a few vehicles on ebay and the fees are reasonable for the coverage you get. If you're not willing to pay for your advertising then your market will be extremely limited. Remember, the value of the vehicle is set by what people will pay, not necessarily the price you want. You're selling an old vehicle, albeit a very nice one but there's hundreds of similar vehicles for sale for a lot less money, good luck :)

eBay fees max out at £35 don't they?

Seems cheap to me to have such a wide audience and generate a sale but hey, what do I know? Lol

Standard listings are charged at 10%
Imagine if they charged that on vehicles
As said the price is capped, just can't remember what it is.
