Found a lane on my new commute since the office move. I did npt fully go through it due to water and not wanting to damage the track, so turned around and drove back out, as I drove out a van went in.

The question is.

What do I do if I find my way blocked by someone fly tipping?

Can I run them over?

Ram their van?

As for the moron above white van blue and red pictures on side I would recognise it again. Just it was rear view mrror view when I realised

Last time I reported one the Police were disinterested
As @neilly said, get all the information that you can and report it. NOT to the old bill, they aren't really interested in fly tipping but the local council most definitely will be. They probably even got a fly tipping "hotline" listed on their website.
Nationally it costs many millions of council tax payer's hard earned and there's no need for it. It just shows a lack of respect for the countryside in pursuit of a handful of what in reality is just small change.

Take pictures and pass to police.

Stop our local council charging £3 a 80litre bag for DIY waste, at the dump site or into the hundreds of pounds if I took the landrover full. A broken sheet of plaster board can cost £15 to dispose of

+1 complain to the council.
1 lane in Oxford has covert cameras as the individuals back up off the dual carriage way & tip.
The council have a nice little page where you fill the info in & they keep you informed of the status.

As already said, local council. Ours has an online reporting form, which can be anonymous if you like, and I know it works 'cos I've used it a couple of times and had lanes cleared. They usually need an email address if you want to follow progress on it, but again, an anonymous email is good ... ;)

OTOH, was the van fly-tipping, or could it have just been a bit of nookie ... ;)
